I have been searching for a high-quality grill, and our local stores just sell the same basic grills.  The customer service is outstanding!  Unfortunately, the grill was damaged upon arrival (shipping).  Appliance Pioneers acted fast and shipped a new one immediately.  If you’re looking for high-end appliances, great warranties and great customer service, search no more.
